Your hotel or apartment address determines the final approach, whether in the resort centre or along the mountain road.
Include the hotel or apartment address and whether it is around the resort centre, Sunčana Dolina, Brzeće or another area. Add any instructions from your host about the entrance or meeting point; the arrival point is agreed for the property and conditions.
A cross-border ski journey
Agree the border crossing, mountain approach and any fixed arrival commitments as one plan.
Send the property's full location around Ogorjelica, Poljice, Rajska Dolina, Šator or another confirmed area. Include any fixed check-in or departure commitments so the border crossing and winter approach can be considered before the schedule is agreed.

03 — Passengers and equipment
List all passengers, suitcases, hand luggage and ski or snowboard bags. We assess the full combination before confirming a configuration.
A sedan may suit a smaller party if the complete packing list fits. Include equipment dimensions before choosing on fare alone.
V-Class Extra Long is an option for families and groups. Seating, luggage, equipment and child-seat requests are checked together.
Send the group’s full packing list. Available seats do not establish ski-bag space alongside everyone’s luggage.
04 — The final approach
Share your host’s directions and entrance details before we agree the pickup and arrival point.
Include the full address or location and any instructions from your host. The arrival point depends on the property and road conditions; access to every entrance is not guaranteed.
Snow and road conditions can affect the approach. Tell us about check-in times or other fixed commitments before we agree the schedule.
For Jahorina, the border crossing and mountain approach are considered together. A fixed border-crossing time or winter arrival time is not promised.
05 — The journey home
Share the return date, pickup property and onward destination. The return is arranged and quoted separately from the outward journey.
Mention an onward flight or other fixed commitment before the return pickup is agreed. If your dates are still open, say what is undecided.
Starting at Belgrade Airport? Send the flight details and accommodation address for an individual quote. The published Belgrade-address fare does not automatically apply.
Resolve equipment fit, the property approach, winter planning and separately agreed returns before you send your request.
Skis or a snowboard can be included in the request. Give the number and length of the equipment bags, plus the quantities and sizes of suitcases and hand luggage.
Equipment fit depends on passengers, seating and the full load. A vehicle category does not establish ski-bag capacity or a roof box.
Send the property name, full address or location and any directions from your host. For Kopaonik or Jahorina, include the area as well as the accommodation name.
The arrival point depends on property access and road conditions. Entrance access cannot be guaranteed in every weather condition; share the host’s approach or meeting instructions before confirmation.
Include the child’s age and size, the type of seat you are requesting and the total number of children and adults travelling.
Child seats, seating, luggage and equipment are assessed together. Include the request from the start so we can check the full arrangement.
The border crossing, winter road conditions and property approach are considered together when agreeing the itinerary. A fixed border-crossing duration or winter arrival time is not guaranteed.
Share the exact property location and any fixed check-in, departure or onward-flight commitments. The team reviews those requirements before agreeing the pickup plan.
The published EUR fares are per vehicle, one way from a Belgrade customer address. All transport fees, including highway tolls and border-crossing fees, are included in the agreed fare.
Airport-origin journeys, returns, extra waiting, additional stops and changed plans need separate agreement. Share the full itinerary and property address before the fare is confirmed.
The return is arranged and quoted separately. The outward fare does not include a vehicle waiting throughout your stay or all journeys between your accommodation and ski areas.
Include the return date, pickup property and onward destination, plus any local movements or waiting you would like to request. A flight or other fixed commitment should be part of the plan from the start.
An airport pickup and onward mountain journey can be requested with the flight details, accommodation address and full packing list. It is quoted individually.
