Which service fits a day with several stops?
Private chauffeur is the starting point when you need a vehicle and chauffeur reserved for a period around your planned stops. Include the pauses between appointments so the hire period can be reviewed alongside the driving and distance.

Can a flight arrival be included with the rest of my plans?
Include the flight-led journey in the same enquiry as later appointments, guest transport or an occasion. Identify who arrives, the destination after landing and any later movements. Airport pickup has its own meeting and waiting arrangements.
Each journey is included only when agreed. Airport-to-city fares do not price a whole day, business programme or occasion; onward travel, reserved time and returns need separate review.
How are fares and transport fees handled?
The airport and chauffeur guides show their published tariffs with the applicable direction, period and limits. City-to-city and mountain journeys have their own destination fares in the transfers guide. Business programmes and special occasions receive an individual quote for the agreed journeys and vehicles.
All transport fees, including highway and border fees where applicable, are included in the agreed fare. Additional stops, waiting, returns or a revised itinerary are part of the scope only when agreed; do not treat a single published fare as a combined package.
Do I need to choose a vehicle before enquiring?
You can begin with the travelling party and schedule. Share passenger numbers for each journey, the people travelling together and their bags or equipment. Mention requested child seats and any separate pickups or departures.

When should I request transport, and how is it confirmed?
Please send the request at least 24 hours before travel. Reservations available 24/7. Journeys and vehicle availability are confirmed individually.
