For meetings, delegations or conferences, share the programme and passenger groups. Several vehicles, coordinated schedules and recurring arrangements receive an individual quote.
Special occasions
For weddings, celebrations and other occasions, include the venue, schedule, passenger movements and any waiting or return travel.
A vehicle recommendation
You can ask us to recommend a vehicle. Include luggage, child-seat needs and any group or equipment requirements. Kodiaq is quote-only; Vito destination travel also needs a quote.

Are these prices per passenger or per vehicle?
Published fares are per vehicle and shown in EUR. Choose a vehicle that suits the passengers and luggage; a passenger limit does not guarantee room for every luggage combination. We check those details before confirmation.
Which airport journeys use the published fare?
The airport table covers a one-way arrival from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to an address in Belgrade city. City-to-airport travel, another destination, a return or additional stops needs a tailored quote. Standard airport waiting is 60 minutes after landing; additional waiting is quoted separately.
What do the chauffeur hire units include?
Hourly hire has a minimum of 1 hour. Half-day hire includes 5 hours and 100 km; full-day hire includes 10 hours and 200 km. The package amounts are base tariffs until we check the itinerary against the included distance. Plans outside the published limits need a tailored quote.
Where do destination fares start, and which fees are included?
Destination fares are one way from a customer address in Belgrade, in EUR per vehicle. Tolls, border-crossing and other transport fees are included. Departures from the airport and more complex itineraries receive a separate quote.
How much does a return journey cost?
Return travel is quoted separately. Include the return pickup point, destination, date and time in your request. Do not assume the one-way fare can be doubled to price the return.
Can I request a vehicle that has no destination fare?
Yes. Škoda Kodiaq is quote-only, and Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer has no published destination tariff. The two Mercedes-Benz V-Class configurations share one destination tariff; select the configuration that fits your passengers in the booking request. You can also ask for a recommendation.
When should I send my request?
Please request travel at least 24 hours in advance. All requested pickup times refer to Belgrade local time. The team checks availability and the journey details before confirming the arrangement.
Does selecting a fare confirm my booking?
No. Your selection opens a request with the relevant journey or vehicle preference. A reference confirms receipt only; our team must explicitly confirm the vehicle, price and arrangements.
