For a longer private journey, share passenger numbers and luggage together with any requested breaks or stops.

Mercedes-Benz V-Class
The V-Class can suit a family or smaller group. Seating, luggage and requested child seats are confirmed together.
A larger travelling party
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
A Sprinter may suit a larger group. Send the passenger count, bag sizes and equipment so the team can review the complete load.

Share every leg of your journey.
Include returns, extra stops and onward destinations in your first enquiry so we can agree the full scope and pricing.
Pickup and arrival
Send the exact addresses, date and any fixed local arrival time. For an airport pickup, include the flight details; the airport-origin fare is quoted separately.
Passengers and luggage
List passengers, bag quantities and sizes, equipment and child-seat requests. Our team checks the vehicle against the full requirements.
Return and other requirements
Include return dates, waiting and requested stops. These are quoted separately; a return is not priced by doubling the one-way fare.
Please request at least 24 hours before travel. Reservations available 24/7. Our team reviews the itinerary, agrees the vehicle, fare and pickup with you, then confirms the journey manually.
If you want the chauffeur to remain during a visit, describe the waiting period and your onward plans. That scope is agreed separately from the one-way transfer.

Are highway and border fees extra?
All transport fees, including highway tolls and border-crossing fees, are included. The selected published amount is EUR per vehicle, one way from your customer address in Belgrade to the listed city destination.
Airport-origin travel, returns, waiting, additional stops or a changed itinerary are quoted separately. Describe those requirements before confirmation so the whole plan and its price can be agreed.
Can the journey begin at Belgrade Airport?
Yes. Send the flight details, travel date, passengers and luggage, together with the precise destination address, for an individually reviewed airport-origin quote.
The published fare from a Belgrade customer address does not become the airport pickup price. The airport guide explains the pickup process; your onward regional journey is agreed separately.
Can you plan around a meeting or onward flight?
Share the date, local arrival time and exact address or airport, including flight details where relevant. These details let the team review the departure and journey around your commitment.
Traffic and border queues affect timing, so no crossing or arrival duration is guaranteed. Include fixed appointments or onward flights from the start.
Can we return by a different itinerary?
Include every leg, its date and addresses, plus waiting or stops you would like to request. A return and a wider itinerary are reviewed and priced individually.
For multi-day travel, send the programme and the passengers and luggage on each leg. Our team assesses availability and confirms the agreed scope.
What if our city or preferred vehicle is not listed?
Send the precise destination and trip outline. The seven published city destinations do not imply standard coverage or a tariff for every regional itinerary.
Vito and Kodiaq options need an individual destination quote. If you are unsure which vehicle fits, compare the fleet and share passenger numbers, bag sizes and equipment; the actual fit and availability are confirmed with the request.
