04 — Between your stops
Keep your attention on the day.
Your chauffeur handles the driving and parking. You decide how to use the journey between the commitments you have planned.
Agree expected pauses before travel. Waiting forms part of the reserved period, alongside driving between your stops.
Tell the team if an appointment runs over or you need another stop. Changes depend on reserved time, distance and availability; additional time or distance is agreed separately.
05 — Prepare your request

Understand time reserved, changes to the schedule and vehicle choice before sending your itinerary. A flight arrival or a longer custom plan may need separate arrangements.
How is chauffeur hire different from a transfer?
A transfer takes you between agreed endpoints. Chauffeur hire reserves a fleet vehicle and chauffeur for an agreed period, including your planned journeys and waiting between stops.
Choose a direct transfer for agreed endpoints, or chauffeur hire when you need a vehicle available between appointments. Include waiting as well as addresses.
What if I do not know which hire period to choose?
Start with your first departure and approximate finishing time. Include the principal addresses, expected time at each stop and the distance between them. Planned waiting uses part of the reserved period.
Our team recommends a published hire format or an individual quote where your itinerary exceeds its time or distance limits. Mark any appointments still unconfirmed.
What happens if an appointment runs over?
Tell the team when the planned departure or next stop changes. The revised itinerary is checked against your reserved period, included distance and vehicle availability.
Additional time or distance needs separate agreement. An extension is not automatically included or guaranteed, so raise a change as soon as you know about it.
How should I choose a vehicle?
Share your preferred model, passenger numbers and the luggage or equipment travelling with you. Published passenger limits exclude the chauffeur and do not establish that every luggage combination will fit.
Start with the Superb, E-Class or S-Class for a sedan request. For a larger group, compare the other configurations and ask our team to confirm fit and availability.
Can the day start with an airport arrival?
Include the flight and arrival details together with your onward appointments. Airport pickup follows its own meeting and waiting arrangements; do not assume the published chauffeur hire period resolves the arrival leg.

Can I request one vehicle over several days or travel internationally?
Multi-day and international itineraries receive an individual quote. You can request the same preferred vehicle, with availability confirmed for the dates and programme.
Send dates, main addresses and expected start and finishing times. Identify any open plans so we can assess the complete itinerary.
Can I hire a chauffeur for my own car?
This service pairs a fleet vehicle with a chauffeur. Driver-only hire for a customer-owned car is not offered. Include a fleet preference when preparing your request.
