02 — People, luggage and the right vehicle
Passenger numbers, luggage, children and larger items all help us choose a suitable configuration.
A sedan suits an individual, a couple or a smaller party. A V-Class gives a family or group a shared cabin. The choice also depends on the luggage travelling alongside them.
Passenger limits exclude the chauffeur. We check seating and luggage together; a seat count does not guarantee space for every combination of bags.
Tell us the number and size of checked cases, then add hand luggage, a pushchair or other equipment. Medium-suitcase estimates below are planning figures, not a loading guarantee.
Include the children travelling and any requested child seats. Seat position and the actual bag combination can change which configuration is suitable.

03 Your vehicle and arrival fare
Three starting options for your private airport-to-city journey: a practical sedan, an executive sedan or a vehicle for your group. Fares are per vehicle for your party.
Published fares are EUR per vehicle, one way from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to your agreed Belgrade city address. All transport fees, including highway and border fees where applicable, are included in the agreed fare.
City-to-airport journeys, returns, airport-origin travel beyond Belgrade and additional requirements receive their own agreed scope and quote.

A comfortable sedan for private and business arrivals with a smaller travelling party.
The suitcase estimate assumes a non-hybrid liftback. Confirm body style and tell us about larger cases or extra hand luggage.

04 — Your arrival fits the visit
A hotel, home or first meeting: share the exact address and any important arrival time.
Include the destination address and entrance details. These help us agree the actual drop-off point, beyond the city name.
If your day continues through appointments, include the stops, pauses and finishing point. An airport transfer is point to point; a vehicle and chauffeur reserved afterwards need a separate time-based arrangement.
05 — Private aviation
Ground journeys for private-flight passengers, coordinated with assistants and flight contacts.
Pickup arrangements and fare are agreed for the actual journey. The published airport-to-city fares do not establish a price for a different private aviation scope.
06 — Departure, return and further travel
The published arrival fare covers airport-to-city travel. Departures, returns and onward journeys have their own pickup arrangements and quote.
Share the flight and date, every pickup and destination address, passengers, the complete luggage list and any requested child seat or equipment. Request at least 24 hours ahead. Reservations available 24/7. The team manually confirms the journey, vehicle and fare.

Follow the meeting instructions confirmed for your journey. The chauffeur meets you with a name sign at the agreed location, following the terminal’s procedures.
If you cannot find the chauffeur, call the verified reservations number and explain where you are. Avoid moving to another pickup area without checking the arrangements.
We use flight tracking to coordinate your pickup. If the flight changes significantly, the team reviews the agreed arrangements; waiting is not unlimited.
Standard airport waiting includes 60 minutes after landing. Additional waiting is quoted individually. Share a flight-number change or other material revision with the team so the pickup can be reviewed.
