Transport for the whole business programme

  • Connected journeysAirport, hotel, office and venue.
  • Coordinated vehicle planningSeparate arrivals and travelling groups.
  • Programme-specific quoteBased on your schedule and vehicle needs.

Corporate transport in Belgrade for visiting colleagues, conference guests and delegations. Plan separate airport arrivals, hotel-to-venue journeys and meeting departures with our team.

01 — Business visits

Keep the working day connected

For visiting colleagues, company guests and executives moving between appointments.

Connect airport arrivals, hotel pickups and office visits around each guest’s day. An assistant or company contact can arrange separate transfers or reserve a vehicle and chauffeur between planned stops.

For recurring travel, share the usual routes and frequency. Dedicated chauffeur arrangements, negotiated pricing and invoicing terms are agreed for the engagement before travel.

What helps an assistant plan

Appointments
Pickup addresses, meeting locations and required arrival times.
Time between stops
Separate transfers or time reserved with a chauffeur; flag uncertain meeting finishes.
Regular journeys
Travel frequency, vehicle preferences and the company contact handling arrangements.
Compare private chauffeur hire

02 — Conferences & congresses

Let the event schedule lead

Individual guests and participant groups need departures aligned with the event programme.

Plan executive transfers alongside shared hotel and venue journeys. Send arrival windows, passenger groups and the event schedule so we can assess routes, departures and vehicles together.

Three parts of the event journey

  1. Airport arrivals

Flight details, arrival windows and the guests travelling together. Speakers may need a separate journey.

  2. Hotel to venue

Guest numbers at each hotel, exact venue address and entrance, and the time each group needs to arrive.

  3. Later departures

Agreed venue pickups, additional programme locations and final airport departures.

Venue shuttles follow agreed routes and departure times. Share the movements you need so their scope can be included in the proposal.

03 — Delegations

Different arrivals. One coordinated visit.

Coordinate principal passengers and the accompanying team across the complete visit.

Plan by travelling group and departure time. Principal passengers may travel separately while colleagues share a larger vehicle, with different flights, hotels or meeting schedules.

Multiple vehicles, mixed vehicle classes and a dedicated coordination contact can support your agreed visit. Discuss confidentiality requirements and organiser instructions before confirmation.

Make separate movements clear

Who travels together
List each group, its passenger count and luggage, including anyone with a separate schedule.
Where each group starts
Flight arrivals, hotel addresses and the pickup points for parallel meetings.
Who coordinates
Name the organising contact and include the requirements that need discussion before agreement.

04 — Prepare your programme

One outline is enough to begin

Send the flight list and itinerary you have, even if some timings are provisional. Mark what is still undecided so we can complete the transport plan together.

  1. People & places

    Include in your outline

Visit dates, flights, hotel and office addresses, venue entrances, passenger groups and luggage.

    Review with the team

Which guests travel together, which need separate movements, and the vehicle roles for each part.

  2. Departures & timing

    Include in your outline

Meeting or event schedule, arrival windows, pickup times, later locations and final departures.

    Review with the team

The agreed journeys, any time reserved with a chauffeur, and the routes and departures of venue shuttles.

  3. Contacts & agreement

    Include in your outline

The organiser’s contact, vehicle preferences, recurring travel pattern and invoicing requirements.

    Review with the team

Coordination, commercial terms and any special requirements before the programme is confirmed.

A quote for your programme

Your quote reflects the schedule, vehicles and coordination required. All transport fees are included in the agreed fare. Recurring pricing and invoicing terms are agreed for each engagement.

Our team reviews the programme and vehicle requirements, then confirms fares and pickups with you. Sending a request does not confirm availability.

Please allow at least 24 hours’ booking notice. Reservations available 24/7.

Additional journeys, waiting and programme revisions need review and agreement. Personal protection and escorts are outside this transport service.

05 — Vehicle roles

Match vehicles to each departure

Plan vehicles around each travelling group, hotel and departure time. Luggage and separate appointments can make several vehicles more suitable than one larger vehicle.

Individual guests & small parties

Superb, E-Class and S-Class suit individual guests and smaller parties. Separate cars can follow different appointments.

  • Škoda SuperbUp to 3 passengers
  • Mercedes-Benz E-ClassUp to 3 passengers
  • Mercedes-Benz S-ClassUp to 3 passengers

Teams travelling together

Compare the two V-Class configurations and the Vito group option. Passenger numbers and luggage are assessed together.

  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class 6+1 Extra LongUp to 6 passengers
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class 7+1 Extra LongUp to 7 passengers
  • Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer 8+1Up to 8 passengers

Larger participant groups

Sprinter can serve a larger party on an agreed movement. Different hotels or arrival windows may call for more than one vehicle.

  • Mercedes-Benz SprinterUp to 19 passengers

Before you send your programme

Practical answers for assistants and organisers: arranging for guests, combining vehicles, agreeing recurring travel and handling changes.

Can an assistant or organiser arrange the visit for other people?

Yes. An assistant, company contact or event organiser can arrange transport on behalf of the passengers. Include the visit dates, travelling groups, pickup locations and the contact coordinating the programme.

For a day with several appointments, distinguish separate transfers from chauffeur time reserved between stops. Include flight and meeting details so we can assess the whole visit.

Can speakers, delegates and participant groups use different vehicles?

Yes. Individual transfers, shared group journeys and mixed vehicle classes can be reviewed within one programme. A speaker or principal passenger can have a separate departure while colleagues or participants travel together.

Give passenger numbers and luggage for each movement, rather than only the total headcount. The proposal confirms vehicle roles and pickups; photographs and seat counts do not establish luggage fit.

How are hotel-to-venue shuttles planned?

Venue shuttles are planned around the agreed routes, departures and passenger groups. Include each hotel address, guest numbers, the venue address and entrance, and the required arrival windows. Speakers or executives with a different schedule can be planned separately.

Include later pickups and any additional programme locations. Our team assesses their vehicle requirements in the quote; further departures or changes need agreement.

Can we arrange recurring company journeys and invoicing?

Recurring company arrangements are supported. Share the usual journeys, expected frequency, passenger needs and vehicle preferences, together with the company contact handling the engagement.

Negotiated pricing, dedicated chauffeur arrangements and invoicing terms are agreed individually. Let the reservations team know your requirements so the commercial proposal can address them before travel.

What if flights, meetings or passenger groups change?

Send changes to flights, pickup times, addresses or passenger groups to our team. Vehicles, waiting, coordination and revised pricing need review; an earlier confirmation does not automatically cover a changed programme.

Reservations available 24/7. For an individual airport journey, the airport guide explains the pickup and waiting scope.

Does sending a programme confirm the transport?

Sending the programme starts a manual review. The team checks the requested journeys, vehicle requirements and coordination, then agrees the fare and confirms the pickups with you. Receipt of a request does not confirm availability.

Please allow at least 24 hours’ booking notice and include any requirements that need discussion. This is a transport service; personal protection and escorts are outside its scope.
