A car for the couple can follow a different itinerary from the family and guests.
Share ceremony, reception and photography locations with the arrival times that matter. We review the couple’s car and guest vehicles together while keeping each group’s schedule distinct.

- Group guests by pickup point and destination. Separate vehicles can follow different arrivals and departures, without requiring everyone to share the couple’s itinerary.
- After the reception
- Include the intended departure time and return addresses. Waiting, extra stops and journeys home are quoted and confirmed as part of the agreed plan.

02 — Prom evenings
Arrive together. Enjoy your own evening.
Travel individually, as a pair or with friends. Share who will travel together, their pickup points and return plans.

- Give the passenger count and pickup addresses. A shared pickup may suit one group; several addresses or different arrival times may call for separate vehicles.
- When does the evening begin?
- Share the venue and the time you need to arrive. Include any planned stop beforehand so it can be considered in the route and quote.
- How will everyone get home?
- The return can have different passengers, a later departure or several drop-offs. Send that outline with the outward journey; waiting and returns need separate agreement.
A sedan can be considered for an individual or a pair, and a passenger van for friends travelling together. The team checks seating, belongings and availability before confirming the arrangement.

Passenger limits guide the choice; they do not confirm availability or luggage fit. Tell us about bags, formal clothing and any child-seat requests so the actual configuration can be reviewed.

The proposed vehicles and agreed journeys define the fare. All transport fees are included in the agreed fare. Waiting, returns, additional vehicles and presentation requests are part of the scope only when agreed.
Confirm the plan with the team
Our team confirms the arrangement manually. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a chauffeur or vehicle. Changes to timings or journeys need further review.
Wedding, prom and private-event transport is individually quoted. Standard airport or chauffeur tariffs are not occasion-package prices.

Before you plan the occasion
Resolve guest journeys, waiting, presentation requests and changes before the transport plan is confirmed.
Can you arrange the couple’s car and guest transport together?
The couple and their guests can be considered within one event outline, using different vehicles or schedules where needed. Each journey forms part of the arrangement only when agreed.
List the couple’s route and each guest group, with passenger numbers, pickups and arrival times. Include separate departures and guests arriving by air.
Can friends share a vehicle for prom?
Individual, paired and group travel can all be considered. The passenger count and selected seating configuration guide the vehicle choice; a photograph does not guarantee the exact cabin supplied.
Include pickup addresses, belongings and any changes to the group for the return. Mention extra vehicles or drop-offs so we can assess seating and routes.
Can the chauffeur wait and take us home?
Waiting and return journeys can be requested and are quoted for the occasion. They are not automatically included, and an open-ended wait is not assumed.
Give the expected pause, intended departure time and return addresses. If you need a chauffeur available across a wider programme of stops, tell the team how the day should work.
Are flowers or decorations included?
Flowers, decorations and other presentation preferences are discussed and confirmed separately. The wedding imagery shows atmosphere and inspiration; it does not establish a standard decoration package.
Describe your presentation request when you enquire. Our team confirms what can be arranged and how it affects the agreed scope.
Can the occasion take place outside Belgrade?
Occasion transport is primarily based around Belgrade. An event elsewhere can be reviewed and quoted individually using the actual locations and journeys you need.
Send the pickup and venue addresses, passenger groups and any waiting or return plans. A published transfer or chauffeur tariff is not a fixed wedding, prom or private-event package.
What if our timings change after confirmation?
Contact the team with the revised timings and journeys. Changes are reviewed against the confirmed arrangement and available drivers and vehicles; an updated schedule or additional journey needs agreement.
